All our wall murals and other products are printed on-demand.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Therefore if you are unhappy with your order, we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have had and ensure you are 100% happy with your Product(s). 

Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. FREE SHIPPING
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Cost: $15

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

 

International Shipping

  • We currently not ship to international destinations. We will update once we open for international order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Returns Policy

 

Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Conditions for Returns

  • Note that since all items are printed on-demand and to your specifications, JJ WALLPAPER does not offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of its products, except for: incorrect, damaged and defective items, within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Return Process

  • If you wish to return your incorrect, damaged or defective item for an exchange.
  •  Items must be returned in unused and intact condition in the original shipping package.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Package the item(s) securely and include the return authorization form.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use the pre-paid return label provided by our customer service team to send the package back to us.

Refunds

  • Note that since all items are printed on-demand and to your specifications, JJ WALLPAPER does not offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of its products, except for: incorrect, damaged and defective items, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance with a replacement.
